How to Start a Conference Call

We have reversed the entire process of the Conference Call. Just configure the outbound Conference call on Enjay Synapse, add attendees (Numbers), schedule it, and monitor it in real time if required.

Create Conference

Login to your Enjay Synapse Server web management console. Select the Extension or Mobile number of the Organiser.

Add Attendees

​Add Internal extensions or external landline number or mobile numbers of the people who will attend the conference.

Schedule Conference

Schedule it for one time or repetitive. At the scheduled time, everybody will receive a call from Enjay Synapse.

Realtime Monitor

Monitor who has joined. Manage the audience by muting people or adding or dropping them off the conference call.

How to Start a Conference Call

The Easiest way to join a Conference Call.

  1. When scheduled (or fired), Synapse calls you. Don’t remember the Number or Pin; it is not required.

  2. Just pick up the call to join the conference call.

  3. In case you don’t pick it up, it will retry two times, If you still miss it. Simply dial back that number and you are in the conference.
